These cover buying and using whatever is sold here. Plain wording is a choice rather than an accident. A limit that really binds shows up here as a limit, never tucked away in wording built to be skipped.
This version dated 29 August 2026CyberSec Managed is a trading name. You are buying from Fortify 24x7. The agreement carries that name. So does the invoice. So do the operators doing the work. It appears in several places across this site on purpose, since a bank statement is a poor place to meet it for the first time.
One circuit equals one capability. It runs on whichever vendor platform its write up names, and we operate it. Purchase a quantity and that quantity is what you are entitled to, for however long the subscription is paid up and live.
Every position page carries a plain limits block. Those blocks are contractual, not decorative. Where one of them matters to you, settle the point before buying.
Cards expire and banks decline things. We retry a failed payment and we write to you about it. Unresolved, the subscription can be suspended, though reaching a person beats switching protection off over a piece of expired plastic. Getting a suspended service running again can involve redeployment.
To run each circuit as competently and carefully as a provider in this trade should. To keep the platforms underneath properly operated and properly licensed. To keep the board staffed, so alarms and calls reach a person. To report honestly on what we find in your environment, the days our own fault is the finding included.
Nothing in security stops everything. Suppliers who claim the contrary are describing a product nobody has built. Three warranties are absent here. That threats are all caught or blocked. That data is never lost. That a system runs unbroken.
The limits printed on each position page are terms of this contract. They are there to be relied upon, and they will not be softened afterwards.
So far as law allows:
Your environment holds your data and it stays yours. We handle it so the service can run, and only on terms the data handling notice sets out. A subscription buys us no interest in your material and no licence to use it for anything except delivering the circuits ordered.
A single instruction closes the account. Raise it in the portal, or put it in writing, whichever is easier. Closure takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and what becomes of money already collected is set out on the refunds page.
Suspension or termination can follow non payment, unlawful use, or conduct that puts our operators or another customer at risk. Emergencies aside, warning comes first, and with it the chance to put things right.
This page is not frozen. Material changes carry a fresh date at the head. Land one on a running subscription and the account holder gets told by us directly. Once a change bites, carrying on with the service counts as accepting it.
An unenforceable clause falls on its own and the rest stand. Declining to enforce something once waives it on that occasion alone. This page, the position write ups and the footer policies are the complete agreement about these services.
Governing law follows the place of organisation of Fortify 24x7. Disputes go before the courts that sit there.
